Diamond cutting discs 1A1R
Purpose: Diamond cutting discs
1A1R are designed for cutting non-metal materials: marble, decorative stones,
basalt, glass (quartzite as well), building and technical ceramics, etc. on
table cutting machines with water cooling and for dry cutting with the use of
manual electrical and pneumatic machines such as "Bosh", "Flex",
"Eltos" etc. (for discs diam. 110-230 mm) as well.
Recommendations on application

peripheral
cutting speed:
-
with
cooling - 25- 35 m/sec.

without
cooling - to 80 m/sec.
ž
when
cutting ability reduces it is necessary to open the diamond layer making 2-3
cuts on any abrasive material.
